portrait session

The significance of family portraits doesn't need to be stated. You're already here. You know how meaningful and important these images are to you, your family, and generations to come.

As an artist and documentarian I will work with you to capture exactly what you hope to get out of our session in the most honest way possible. Perhaps you want something straightforward and concrete ("three 8x10s, one of each kid, to hang in my stairwell" or "one giant print for my office"). Maybe your ideas are more abstract ("I want one large image that feels timeless" or "I just want an album full of images that capture who we are right now").

Your family is unique and busting at the seams with individuality. Let the blank walls in your home be filled with art that reflects your tastes and eccentricities in only the way your family can.

daily life session

Typically taking place in and around your home, Daily Life sessions are simply your life documented as honestly as I see it.

I'll arrive at your home with minimal gear and a readiness for whatever your family brings my way. My goal for these sessions is to capture your family in their natural habitat. I'll listen and observe with great intention but little intervention. I want your family to be themselves in any given moment. Which means your job is easy. No need for reminders to cooperate or bribes for good behavior.

There is zero pressure on your family to make anything "picture worthy." I promise, most of your day already is. It's my job to prove it to you.

Portrait sessions start at $200 for mini-shoots

Daily Life sessions start at $550 for half-days
